seared on the outside, raw in the center. Wow! We are hooked! The meat is everything you guys claim it is and it also coincided with finishing Dan’s book about the ranch. A truly exceptional culinary experience(and a great and inspiring book). We are busy trying to decide what our next order will be so you will hear from us soon.
