We just received our first shipment of your bison meat and had a sirloin steak for dinner. I followed your marinade suggestion and cooked the steak in a Foreman grill. Not one drop of fat came off the steak as it cooked; the steak was very tasty, and nice and tender as you promised. We are VERY happy with this! We will undoubtedly eat more red meat thanks to you.
