My friends introduced me to your wonderful buffalo (and your philosophy) last winter. I’m a vegetarian and it’s the only meat I will eat. My local grocery store does carry buffalo meat from Colorado. I checked their website and they brag about their wonderful slaughter house facility. That turned me off. I also can see the difference in the taste between yours and theirs. The fact that you humanely harvest the buffalo on the range makes a difference to me.
