we gave my sister and my brother Wild Idea buffalo for Christmas, it seemed that it was expected that they would always receive this for Christmas. They love the buffalo products as much as we do. I have never been a big red meat fan, but I eat your buffalo all the time – for burgers, stew, chili, steak, etc. And that is what we serve – whether at home or for “potlucks”.

Dear Wild Idea, It turns out that your idea is a plain good one. For Christmas 2011 we gave my brother and family a nice assortment of your wonderful products. We have had some Buffalo meat in the past, but never yours. So this spring we put in an order and what a nice surprise. I know now why our gift was so appreciated.
