Just a quick note to thank you for our recent purchase. We became interested when a friend recommended Dan’s book, “Buffalo for the Broken Heart”. We both loved it and are telling everyone we see here in eastern Iowa about it. We were both so taken with the idea of bringing these animals back to where they belong and treating them in such a humane way that purchasing the meat seemed like the logical next step. We just finished the finest sirloin we have ever tasted! Can’t wait to try all your other products! We certainly appreciate what you are doing and the results are nothing short of outstanding. We are true converts now and hopefully customers for years to come. Don’t plan on ever eating beef again.
