We are looking forward to our order. I hope you know how wonderful your product is. We ran out of buffalo and bought some at our local high end butcher and it was lacking in the sweet flavor and delicate texture that WIB meat has. I am a chef, so I am always very picky, but my husband was the one that said, “I am sorry we bought this, no comparison to what you order from WIB!
